I like the part in the U.S. story: it seems to cater to a group that
doesn't know anything about Canada. There's only one mistake there:
replace "Canada" with "anything," and the stoory is dead accurate. Fox
News generally gets it wrong anyway, and makes its living by catering
to a group who believes shouting someone down is winning a debate.

Just good old Fox trying to sneak one by in the middle of the
night..bunch of yellow-bellied cowards.
Refreshing to see those Americans who can see the light.

Does anyone else suspect Gutfeld leaked this one himself, in a
desperate attempt for publicity?
I mean, who watches this show at 3 am? Someone who's tired of watching
the ShamWow infomercial and Matlock?

I wasn't offended, but Todd is correct. The networks would still be feeding
on it if Bush had said it.
I notice Obama gave up his teleprompter at the last news conference.
However, there was a large screen TV at the back of the room he was reading
his speech from. I love it. . . :-)

That is the truth. Exploring and developing new ideas (to me) is what
gets me up in the morning. To fund that process, I have to maintain
some of the status quo. Believe you me, if I didn't need the money, I
would stop slugging those damned countertops regardless of their
profitability. I have to play to pay to play.

I agree with the last comments. I really could care less about Obama but
not much. I agree with his wants but absolutely not with his methods.

Oh, well that just makes it all better, doesn't it? Tell me something and
be honest. If what Obama said had been uttered by a prominent Republican,
would they even have a job right now? Would the Shriver family and the
Special Olympics be all understanding? Hell, no, they wouldn't. There
would be a giant shit storm and every major network would have it as their
top story until a resignation was extracted. But I guess we can't be that
hard on Obama. In fairness, he didn't have his teleprompter to read from.

His comment mentioned something about the fact that just as he was about
to celebrate the rewards for one of his exquisite carvings, a bill from the
state for workers' comp showed up and essentially wiped out all of those
rewards. He decided it wasn't worth working for the state.

Sometimes I am longing back for the days that all we had to do was untie
the line to shore, hoist the sail and sail away. The outbord auxiliary had
a string to start the stinky, and was used only when poling was useless.

What he DID say, that he got hit by an insurance bill equalling his
profits of this particular job. Workman's Comp. Is insurance a

Would he have the class to apologize? Limbo has never apologized for
anything, that I can recall, not even his "prescription drug
dependency," something that he calls drug addiction in less wealthy
people.
He's another superpatriot who wants others to do the fighting, while
he rouses the rabble.
Tom left off my favorite, Miss Piggy, Ann Coulter. No talent. No
position except she hates liberals (we who supposedly seldom thank God
for much, thank God for her hate: it is a benison). She thinks it

"Wants others to do the fighting"? Well, sure. Leave it up to the
professionals - I sure don't want to pull my own teeth!
But our soldiers are volunteers. They joined for the opportunity to kill
people and blow things up. That, and they get paid to do it!
Our soldiers are trained to be there, they need to be there, they WANT to be
there! There's folks that need killin'!
Faux News is the biggest piece of shit since Hearst and the Yellow

Rust Limberger is the biggest piece of shit since Father Coughlin.

You know you have simplified your life about as much as possible when
your key ring has only ONE key.
The key for the boat that you will sail to catch the morning tide to
see what is over the horizon.
The goal of almost every cruising sailor.
