I like Magmall.com. Prices are really cheap especially when they have coupons
or offer you $5 off if you ignore their first renewal notice.

The prices you quote seem fishy, but really are cheap!

Ask the publishers (Taunton, etc.) first. See if these guys are
a verified vendor.

magsonthenet.com is v good also. their prices are fair and they offer
$X of coupons based on the amount you spend. So I batch up my orders
and get $50 or so off

$5 off any order of $35 or more
Use coupon code: GDS25
$10 off any order of $60 or more
Use coupon code: GDS210
$15 off any order of $100 or more
Use coupon code: GDS215
$40 off any order of $195 or more
Use coupon code:GDS240
$50 off any order of $250 or more
Use coupon code:GDS250

i'm not affiliated with then, but I've been challenging them on their
"price match" policy. they contend that there are many fly by night
companies, so they will tell you they price match to "legitimate"
vendors. that's fair, but it's not exactly how their policy is
worded. nevertheless, the shear fact they are willing to discuss this
with me is a PLUS!!!
