I'm looking for a top remodeler to do the following in my 1963 pier
and beam ranch:
-Demo kitchen and two build-in wall units
-Remove a load bearing wall
-Remove wood paneling
-Finish and paint walls
-Tile floors in kitchen and den
I am interviewing candidates right now and would appreciate any
recommendations. I plan on starting the job in the next 2-3 weeks.
Thanks!
I spent 30 years in Dallas. If you can find a "top remodeler" you're
doing well. Most who crawl across the Rio Grande, find their way to the
Borg and "obtain" a hammer and saw call them selves expert carpenters.
Good luck.

I guess I didn't realize you Texans crawled across the Rio Grande to
work in Mexico.

Mister, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but most "top
remodelers" are booked up longer than 2-3 weeks. If a guy came to me
and said he had an opening in two weeks, I would wonder why he didn't
have more business.
Two or three *months* maybe...
