A friend just had a microburst take down a reasonable sized (so I'm
told) mesquite tree onto his house in Tucson. Before he has it cut up,
I thought I'd try to get some use from it.
Somewhere I've seen a person who's got a woodmizer and will cut on
shares in AZ. (I found him through a craigslist listing).
IIRC, he was based in Prescott/Camp Verde area.
Unfortunately, I can't find the address/URL currently.
Anyone have this address (or know if he's still doing this?)
Or, do you know of someone closer to Tucson who does?
Thanks

Contact Wood-Mizer (www.wood-mizer.com) and see if they can put you in touch
with him. The company maintains a list of owners of their mills who have
offered to be contacted in this manner. If he has put himself on the list,
they'll know how to find him.

It's time to throw all their damned tea in the harbor again.
Jason,
You might try checking with sellers of local
lumber. In the Tucson phone book I found :
Tumacacori Mesquite-Sawmill 520-398-9356.
You could also ask at someplace like the
Woodworker's Source 520-745-8301. It seems like
they have local wood at times and might be able to
point you to a supplier/ sawmill.

Send Woodmizer your ZIP code and they will give you a list of their
customers in your area. I've used 3 near me.
