I am also a Charter customer (been happy so far.)
I see the wreck on Charter's news server (nntp.charter.net) -- I think it is
included with your suscription. BTW, Charter has GREAT customer support, in
my experience. So if you call them, you will get a helpful human on the
other end of the line.
