The fact that Israel has control of her own land is one sign that the end
times are near, for that had to be so for Armegeddon to take place. Maybe
they are right about the rise of "Gay pride" as being another sign but you
still can't predict an actual date. It could just as easily be this
afternoon as 21st May

I tend to believe something which has been said by someone who actually
lived on this earth and has an actual written account, not like something
passed on by forefathers where a story can change dramatically through the
addition or subtraction of one word each time the story is related.

O.T. My grandfathers grandfathers grandfather landed in OZ and at two
different arrival ports, his place of birth was written by the clerk as he
heard it.
My forefather was German and in the confusion as he tried to pronounce it
in English it was written down how the clerk heard it in his Irish head

Thus, utter confusion as to where my forefather came from
Stories or details related from generation to generation change with the
teller of the history, if it hasn't been written down beforehand
