You could ask the guy from "windows" what it is like working for a
criminal enterprise. Found out he is also a necrophiliac.

bit.ly is a URL shortening service, similar to tinyurl. The numbers and letters at the end are just
the random "address" that bit.ly assigned to it.
If you copy that link into the address bar of your browser and add a plus sign after it, you'll
be able to see the actual URL that you'd be taken to. From there you can chose to continue
on or not.
In this case it would take you to the Teds site via one of the affiliate I mentioned in an
earlier post.

Apparently, Ted's Woodworking is more than just a scam site for buying woodworking plans. There's this whole "affiliates" things going up which
is also apparently a (more or less) scam used to get "Ted's" website
higher up on Google's list of ads when a "woodworking plans" search is
done.
Steve Ramsey did a video on the Multilevel Marketing Plan that "Ted" (not
his real name) is running. It kind of tells the whole story of stolen plans
& videos, fake addresses and other unsavory stuff.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2JZxL_mhJY
Matthias Wandel (woodgears.ca) wrote an article about it:
"Ted's Woodworking / Woodprix don't pay for the plans!"

Looking at the web address no way I'd click on that. Maybe it is that
same guy from "windows" that calls me to fix my computer. I play with
them if I have the time. I pretend I'm following instructions and they
tell me to go to a web site so they can connect with me. They always
say "what do you see on the screen" and my re ply is Thank you. It a
porn movie and you mother is s#$%^& a big $%#@. Some hang up, others
launch into a tirade of curses.
