I hate to see a 130 year old company being sold. Of course, they did some
buying over the years themsleves.
For a company that made machines that dug the Panama
Canal they had a good run. It isn't that they were so bad
but the bigger fish just ate them. A down year or quarter isn't
much for a long range company.
