That quoted URL is almost certainly a caching site located somewhere in
the network. If it's 'near' you, from a comms standpoint, then great.
Otherwise, it's less than optimal.
Some folks put a lot of effort into engineering this stuff, so that we
can screw it up! ;-)

Really? That should be pretty obvious. They want people to view the
