Router bit speed & depth for 3/4" by 1/4" dado in MDF

I have read different (and conflicting) information. PC 895 router
with Whiteside double fluted 3/4" bit. Material is MDF and depth is
1/4". What would you recommend for router speed? What would you
recommend for depth (i.e. number of passes)? Thanks.

New cutter for that material & router, 1/4"/pass ok at max RPM.
Want max life from that cutter? Use a plunger; take an 1/8th/pass.
