Use it out of doors seems to be the only really useful
method I have seen.

There is an article in the latest Wood magazine. Simple really, take a hood
that us usually used for a lathe and hook it up behind the chop saw. In
the Wood article the guy attaches it to the frame of the chop saw so that
it is in proper position regardless of the angle of the cut.
