My new shop!

Hi Folks,

Everyone is invited to see photos of my new shop:

http://www.ts-aligner.com/ejbco.htm

And, if you happen to be in the Boise, ID area you're welcome to stop
by for a visit.

OK, OK, I know it's not a woodshop. But, it's a shop where woodworking
tools are made. It sure is nice to be out of the barn.

Thanks,
Ed

Nice pics, nice shop, and very nice tools - especially the ones you
sell!!

I'm a proud owner of a TSA-Jr. and it's been worth every penny.

I really like the Excalibur. It's pretty darn sturdy - made from
welded steel tubing and channel. I get my extrusions in 12' lengths
and use the sliding table to cut it into individual pieces. It's not
hard to hold tolerances of 0.005" for both length and squareness with
the Excalibur. And, you know that the forces and weight involved in
cutting aluminum is a bit more than that for most wood. I've had pieces
in excess of 100 lbs and up to 1.5" thick on the Excalibur without a
hitch. For me it was a really good buy. I'd do it again without
hesitation.

Thanks all for the good words! It's been a really long haul! I'm now
signing up dealers. Tell your favorite dealer to give me a call.

Thanks,
Ed.

You'd think Ed could afford something a bit better.
(I couldn't say that if Keeter were still hangin' here.) <bseg>

Doesn't matter if it's a wood shop or not, it's got a Unisaw in it! ;-)

How do you like the Excalibur sliding table on the tablesaw? Anything you
don't like about it?
