DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier
who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Spc. Dustin L. Kendall, 21, of Conway, Mo., died in Baqubah,
Iraq on Jan. 15, when his HMMVW accidentally struck an M1A2 Abrams tank and
rolled over. Kendall was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 68th Armor
Regiment, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson,
Colo.
