I think I'd settle for him just doing ANYTHING, important or not, just
something.
His moma would likely settle for just taking the trash out to the curb or
taking the laundry to the laundry room.

I have his address. If you want, I can put an auction up on eBay with
a Buy It Now price of $500. PayPal payment only. Would that work for
you? If necessary, we can use an escrow service to secure the
transaction, but you'll pay for that service.
I'm only offering because I could use $500, and I know you have no
case. I'm actually rather surprised that Charlie himself doesn't just
offer it up for an extra $500.

A real attorney would know how to find anybody's
address, SS #, etc. So the reward is suspicious. Also
slander is verbal defamation - can't do that on a text
only NG.

I luv it! The fastest time to the legal limit I have seen in a long time. I
don't think he even had to cast very far or put any stink on the bait. A master

a few of the bigger catches from this quick drop of his line and adorned his

I'm impressed with his technique then. I compared the header info
between the two Cody Hart posts and came to the same conclusion as
Dave Balderstone. If he can troll and mung his header info that
well, he definitely needs to enter the masters tourney.

I did not say he isn't Cody Hart (whoever he is) nor does it matter. Some moron
made a simple stupid post for the sole purpose of riling folks up and garnered
a large number of rather heated posts - a classic troll with a rapid and, I am
sure, extremely satisfying response. I am sure that he is a happy moron right
now whether he is the "real" Cody Hart or not.

I'm thinking of buying gobs o' Google stock with it.

It almost has to, at least as a start. I refused to back down to him a couple
months ago--last time around, he threatened to report me to my then employer
for saying his cost estimates were out of line--so I basically told him to
stick it where the sun doesn't shine when he got nasty the next time.
I do think he can find my address if he knows anything at all about computers.
If he serves me with a suit, he needs to talk to an attorney that can handle a
countersuit.

Ya know, if this is a slander/libel/defamation of character suit,
it could backfire. First you have to prove damage or untruth.
The counter-suit OTOH would proceed. Best to watch out where you
step.

As best I can tell, you and your lazy a** attorney have about 35 more folks
to sue. None of them seem to like you and most have been a little

Cody...
The above is an advertisement (offer to barter) sent to all
computers used by subscribers of news://rec.woodworking. If
netins.net had a policy prohibiting bulk advertizing, then you
are in violation of Iowa Statute §714E.1, which allows each
recipient to pay the small claims filing fee ($20 I think) and
present a full copy of your message to be granted an automatic
$500 judgement against you (or your parent/guardian if you are a
minor). You need not be present for the proceeding. If the
judgement is not promptly and fully paid, the plaintif can
request garnishment of wages. In any case, it will become part of
the credit record of the person(s) responsible for payment for
the seven years following the date of the final payment. The $500
award is considered damages and is not subject to either state or
federal taxes.

Hum...to help drift this thread in a continually amusing
spiral into oblivion....Have you seen that great, classic movie
"Killer Klowns From Outer Space"? Kind of defines the reality of
clowns for many of us...

This is a point, way too many of the practitioners are pretty
bad at the art. Marcel Marceau is perhaps the last great mime that
I have any acquaintance with, and, he certainly was an artist of
communication.
I recall one time...perhaps in the late 70s, that I was
watching "The TOnight Show with Johnny Carson", and, Marceau was on.
At the time I was heavily into audio recording, so often taped things,
both off the air, and, in reality. Well, I realized about halfway
through his presentation that I was making an audio tape of Marcel
Marceau.... *sigh*...well, his performance certainly spoke loudly to
me, and I suppose it was a good thing that I realized after only
three or four minutes that I was taping silence...instead of later
on when I tried to play the tape back...

I used to live near Marcel Marceau's mime school, in Paris. In the
morning you'd see a procession of mimes setting off out to their
street theatre workshops, jaunty flowers in their black top hats and
strangely high-waisted trousers. In the evening they'd return,
beaten, blackened and bleeding.
Can't abide mimes.

Didn't school start today? And do they have access to the school's computers
during recess?

I think the kids have been back in school most of a week here. Been too busy to
notice, really, but the buses are running.
I think the kids have access to computers quite often during the day...lots of
noise about always needing more computers, at least one per kid, or some such.

What kind of 6 year old are you? You don't like something somebody says and
you want to sue him? Go right ahead. It is your right to make a public
