Been having problems trying to cut 45 degree miters using the JoinTech
Smart
Miter for over a week now. Using the upper or black scale, the miters
are
right on, but when I go to the lower red scale they are off by a good
bit.
When cutting 90 degree pieces, they are also dead on. Am using a
Delta
Unisaw with a Forrest Woodworker I blade. Have forwarded this problem
to
the JoinTech tech support folks, but they have been no help at all.
Should have
noticed this problem some time ago but blamed the poor miter cuts to
my lack
of attention to squaring the blade etc. If anyone else has had this
problem,
would greatly appreciate your input.
Have you called JoinTech directly? I have found their phone support to be
outstanding.
Not so good for email.
