Question: which saw for a billiard rail liner cut to a different angle?

Help!

Which type of saw would you recommend

if I want to make a straight presision (10 ft long, 1" 1/8 deep
approx) cut

along a 10 ft wood (billiard rail, poplar, 2" x 6" x 10' approx) piece
at a 102 deg (from horizontal),

and a 2nd (10 ft long, (1/2)" deep approx) cut, on the same edge, at
10 deg (from horizontal).

thank you for your help.
