You must not be very observant. He has a real job. Just look at his email
addy.
His real job is installing fake counter tops. And I am sure he is often paid
in plastic money.
Now, what could be more real than that?!

Carter has two redeeming characteristics which include involvement in

Hmm. From personal experience off-net:
He owns his own profitable business with a decent repeat customer rate,

At least McCain and Palin had boatloads of experience at governance. Obama,
however, is a quick study. He's already learned that many of the promises he
made during the campaign just won't work and can't be made to work. Gays in
the military, closing Guantanamo, detainees to civil courts on U.S. soil,
abolition of military commissions, rapid withdrawal from Iraq, and more.
It seems as if he's putting the good of the country ahead of the insistence
of his loud, but small, supporters. Good for him.
He's still got a ways to go, though - for example this yo-yo that he put in
charge of the White House Military Office that authorized the Air Farce One
photo op. This almost inexperienced civilian replaced a three-star admiral.
In this regard, Obama shows echos of the Clinton's who replaced the career
officers in the White House Telegraph & Travel Office with political
supporters.
But, as I said, he's a quick learner. I have hopes. Of course HOPE is not a
strategy, but, right now, it's the best we can do.

One of the laws found in the book "The House of God" is: "The best medicine

Heh! I was sitting in the aisle row of an airplane when the serving cart
came by. I glanced up and saw Carter's face on the side of a milk carton. I
looked back down and thought: "Bout time that SOB went missing!" before it
dawned on me "That can't be right."
I looked again.
His face was some sort of "President's series" for kid-sized milk
containers.

So, you are equating John McCain to Charles Manson? If so, why was that
the person that Colin Powell was so eager to have on the Republican ballot?

I don't know, you wrote the only irrational BS in this posting, why don't
you explain what exactly you meant?
> Oh, wait.. it's Cheney we're talking about... nice fella..
Hmm, seems you have a bit of reading comprehension problem.
1. Cheney was asked who he thought better representative of the opinions of
the Republican party, Rush or Powell
2. Rush endorsed the Republican candidate, even though Limbaugh saw in
McCain a very flawed candidate
3. Powell, despite endorsing McCain as the best pick during the primaries
decided to publically endorse and vote for the Democrat candidate -- a
person whose background and positions are completely antithetical to
Republican ideals
4. Powell has now deigned to tell the Republican party what it must do to
win in the future.
5. That advice sounds amusingly like the same advice he provided during the
Republican primaries -- i.e., he wants more candidates exactly like the one
with whom he was presented during the last election. The candidate that he
spurned in the general election
6. Cheney for some reason thinks that Powell's advice might not be given
with the best of intentions
7. Given Powell's recent behavior, Cheney's position seems logical and well
thought out
Yet somehow my comment was irrational?
You don't know how happy it makes me that you live in Canada and can't
join the ranks of the average Obama voter

Water Boarding isn't torture, according to Nancy Polosi. She signed off on
it and now wants to take it back. If you want to call it torture fine but
it worked, you can't deny that! Your opinion doesn't convince me of
anything except that you would not be willing do to anything to save one of
your kids, if you knew they were in extreme danger and you had one of the
persons involved in custody. I'd do everything in my power including
torture and death to get them back alive. That's the difference of a
realist and emotionalism. Evil exists whether you like it or not.

That explains a lot.
I make it a point not to argue politics with people who are so forgetful
of the fact that they'd be arrogant and condescending in a German accent
if it weren't for their neighbors to the south. :-)

I believe the Messiah will run this country so far into the ground and
weaken us to the point that the vast majority will pray to have a true
Conservative back in the White House. Not a fake one like McCain. Also this
will probably happen within the next 4 years. The Messiah is another Jimmy
Carter, a one term flop. And you Canadians can kiss my ass. Soon you'll
have no Hockey Teams worth a rats ass, oh wait a minute you haven't had any
since 1993. That's really really sad! NOT!

Are you kidding me? He's a Chicago politician. Everything he does is
political. Wait till he makes his choice for Supreme Court before you hope
for to much. Oh what about the release of the CIA memos? Why won't he
release the other top secrete memos about what was accomplished. I'm
getting sick of seeing his face on TV constantly campaigning. Like someone
said, you one the election stop already.

At the current rate of Constitutional demolition being practices by
The One (PBUH), the Canadians may yet well be able to vote in U.S.
elections. After all, a good many Mexican nationals are already doing
so ...
