I stumbled across this last night and thought I would share it. Maybe some =
of you can use it for Christmas gifts.
I read that Amazon will refund the difference on products sold and shipped =
by=20
Amazon if the price drops with 7 days of receipt. Of course, it=E2=80=99s u=
p to you to=20
keep checking and then contact them. In addition, I=E2=80=99m sure you=E2=
=80=99ve seen prices=20
for some items change from day to day (I certainly have). Well, here=E2=80=
=99s a way=20
to keep track and even get alerted if you register. (I haven't tried that y=
et)
https://camelcamelcamel.com/
You can also get price history so you=E2=80=99ll know if an item you are in=
terested in=20
ever changes price. Maybe you=E2=80=99ll want to wait if it=E2=80=99s at a =
high point. As an=20
example, here=E2=80=99s the miter saw I bought earlier this year. I got it =
for the=20
price it=E2=80=99s selling for today, which is about $13 below its average =
price and=20
$50 less than its other =E2=80=9Ccommon=E2=80=9D price.

Here's router I got my son for Christmas. I had been manually checking the
price every few days and when it dropped to $189 I bought it. That was just
pure luck. (I didn't know about this site at that time)

The graphs are interesting. They both show 2 "common prices" that the tools
fluctuate between (although the router is much more varied). I'm assuming=
=20
that the thicker the line, the more rapidly the price bounced up and down.
Interesting.

If you pay with a CitiCards Double Cash back cards you get a refund for 60
days, IIRC, and they watch prices for you. Earlier this year they
refunded me $500+ for a Pioneer GPS that I had installed in my truck.
