Unhappy Lindal Customers

It's the "Spring Promo" time again! I am looking for others that
have been burnt by the "We take care of everything for you", "We're
with you every step of the way" sales pitch. There are more of
you than you think! Please get in touch with me if:

1. You have started a Lindal new home, addition or sunroom project and
feel you're about to be taken to the cleaners but you are afraid you'll
lose your investment. 2. You have been forced to terminate your Lindal
project as costs were far above what was originally indicated on paper.
3. You were levied additional charges not indicated in your contract or
Lindal Price Sheet. Including being charged twice for services rendered
by the Dealer and Lindal. 4. Your local dealer offered you building
services in order to gain your confidence to sign the Lindal contract,
only to find those services non existent, disappear, substandard or the
terms of the agreement have changed since the Lindal contract was
signed. 5. Your state requires home improvement or new home contractors
to be licensed and your dealer/builder isn't. OR your dealer is using
the license of another business to promote the dealership. OR Lindal is
NOT authorized to do business in your State. 6. you have requested the
return of your deposit on materials and Lindal refuses. OR Lindal is
unresponsive or uncooperative to any customer service related issues. 7
You are about to attempt arbitration or court case with Lindal and or a
Lindal dealer. 8. Lindals signature is not on your contract. 9. Lindal
or a dealer has threatened to take legal action if you attempt to
recover your loss or address dealer or Lindal related problems. OR
Lindal or the dealer threatens you if you go public with your problem.
10. Having problems with substandard materials, missing or useless
building plans, warranty issues, leaky windows, split or delaminating
beams or shortages in materials. 11. A Lindal dealer who has been
suffered a loss due to Lindal's failure to honor it's commitment to the
customer.

Please contact a group of EX Lindal dealers and customers who may be
able to assist you in recovering your loss and holding Lindal Cedar
Homes accountable. please contact [email protected] and please
put "Lindal" in the subject line!
