It would seem that a lot of people have google groups posters filtered, or
they have no sense of humour. There was a mini flood from google of watch
spam prior to the OP's post.

I went ice fishing once, caught 6 pounds of ice in the first 30
minutes.
Took all afternoon, to chop a hole in the ice, big enough for my boat.
The catch was so good, I'm going back there again, and just to be sure
I'll be able to find that spot again, I marked an 'X' on the bottom of
my boat.

There use to be a great watch site but some woodworker guys ruined it
with all their wood stuff. Can't seem to get them to post in the
right place.

Amazon.com. $57 for a Casio G-Shock and Free shipping. It replaces the
Timex IronMan which lasted three years and two sets of batteries before I
managed to destroy it - "work watch."

Good idea! That way I will get a watch nice and quick and then I can
send it to my new friend in Nigeria.
Wait.. even better, I will just send my new friend in Nigeria my
account information and password so he can order it himself!

Should I give them my credit card number or would I get faster service if I
give them my bank account number and password so they can do a transfer?

A watch? I have a mans Timex I bought from WalMart in 1998, about
$15. Simple clean design, water resistant, stainless steel back,
cell lasts a long time, "Indiglo" with second hand keeps amazingly
perfect time. I'll never wear a Rolex!

Nothing wrong with a Rolex. I got mine when it was still =
"self-winding".
Keeps excellent time and does not need a battery.
Last time I checked it was worth 3X what I paid for it new.

I got a battery driven "gold" watch when I retired. Never used it.
