Find yourself some hemp rope and some oakum. Put some oakum in the gaps
then lay in the hemp. Seat the hemp in the gaps with a caulking iron
or use a dull flooring chisel. Let dry and finish.

When you sand the floors, don't blow or sweep out the dust between the
planks. Apply the finish and everything will be copacetic.
