In the process of perusing this month's Popular Woodworking I came
across an entry in "tricks of the trade" about punching shallow holes in
the handle of a hammer to improve the grip. Signed by one Rob Lee of
Ottawa. Is that you? Did you get lotsa Garret-Wade goodies for having
it published?

Works for Donuts...
But don't be "marketing myopic" - consider the spin-off line: dousing sticks
for finding the holes; unobtainium based holes; metric/imperial hole
converters, etc.

Yup - was submitted in my name, (I had told the story to Chris Schwarz of
PWW)...but the loot went to charity...
