Door panel movement solution (Space Balls)

I have been using these for the last few years and Find them to work
very well in stopping that rattling sound in raised panel doors as
well as giving the panel room to move at the same time without
breaking apart the rail and stiles from door that were machined tight
to begin with. Hope some one gets some good info from this post.

... a dowel in the center top and bottom of of your frame, and a small "V"
notch in top and bottom of your panels....never fails...

looks like a piece of fuel line would do the same thing for cheaper.
