Anybody ever heard of "Grand Rapids" brand of bandsaw

I saw this ad on craigslist
http://detroit.craigslist.org/tls/806425807.html and I talked to the guy on
the phone and he said he got the bandsaw from a friend who upgraded to an
18" model. He says he wasn't able to find out much about the company either,
but that he got it without a motor and he put a 1/2 hp motor on it and
hasn't used it much since. He said it uses standard guides, bearings, and
blades and that the wheels are in good shape.

Anybody have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like "Grand Rapids Industrial Products" is owned by "AMASH
BROTHERS L.L.C., 4628 AMASH INDUSTRIAL DR. WAYLAND MICHIGAN 49348"

It looks like they are importers with product lines similar to Harbor
Freight.
