The odd man out here is Eagle. They make most of their own bits here
in the USA (from what I got from their last mailing to me) and they are
comparable to some of the better bits in performance and cost almost as
much, too.
The others are from a Taiwanese company whose name escapes me this
morning, but the Jointech headquarters is here in San Antonio, and one
of the owners buys a line from the same guys. They are good bits to
be used exactly as Ed pointed out.
Their carbide is thinner, every once in a while you get a bad bit...
but look at the price. It becomes a trade off. I buy from MLCS (same
Taiwanese manufacturer as the rest) and use the bits until they are
dull and throw them away. When you buy a set they are really cheap,
and I get about 80% of the life out of the bits that I get with my
Jesada and Whiteside for about 50% of the cost.
MLCS is great about standing behind their product, but I have no
experience with the other companies. With promo sets from MLCS the bit
cost even gets as low as around $3 a bit... when they are dull, toss
'em.

I've used MLCS for years, Reasonable quality compared to the top dog bits,
and the price is not too bad.
I rather expect that the same manufacturer may produce some of the bits for
all of those you mentioned.

Usually get what you pay for. I've used cheap bits with much success when I
wanted a particular shape for little use. When I want a quality bit that
will be used over and over, I get Infinity www.infinitytools.com or
Whiteside many sources including www.routerbits.com I've also used the bits
from Lee Valley with good results.
When I wanted to make a keyhole, I bought a cheaper bit as I've made a total
of three cuts with in so far. But my roundover and often used straight
cutting bits, I buy the good ones. Last longer, cut smoother, longer work
area.
