homebrew formby's refinisher?

Has anybody out there every tried to mix his own formby's? According
to the msds, there are only three ingredients (acetone 51%, toluene
29%, and methanol 17%), none of which costs $50/gallon.

I've made a fairly forgiving stripper from a mix of paint thinner and
alcohol. might be what you're looking for.

Because Formby's is a brand name, what are you trying to accomplish? What
does mixing 3 "solvents" accomplish other than a stripper?
