HOMEMADE RASP

Got this out of the latest WoodenBoat. Cut some lengths from an
old bandsaw blade. Offset the teeth, then tape both ends, to make
handles. Supposed to be easy to use, but very aggressive.

Bet it get's even more aggressive as the tape wears out.
