Very Strange Tools (What Are They?)

There are about 20 assorted weird tools pictured at www.odd-tools.com.
Can you figure out what they are?
Have fun!

Funny story...

Working with an advertising agency based in Switzerland I once
suggested the idea of a swiss army knife as a metaphor for our (Swiss
produced) product for use in an advertising campaign. The (Swiss) guy
from the agency quiped back immediately "I was in that army for 2
years and they never gave me no dammned knife!". I laughed out loud.
Just good marketing I guess. They sell the darn things everywhere in
that country, even at most hotel front desks.

You do know that the giant swiss army knife with 85 blades is a gag
tool, right?

More of a promotional item actually. The sort of thing a dealer might
have in his shop window to bring in customers. Also a useful show and
tell of the different functions.

While not universally true, many Victorinox and Wenger dealers can
make you Swiss Army knives to order from stock components. The big
one shows _all_ the components from which you can choose.
