I bought the XL model for a Makita LS1013 to replace a stand that I
had built several years ago and was tired of constantly adjusting.
While I had to build a base to extend the depth of the stand to
accomodate the LS1013, I understand that Rousseau has an extension kit
available. The SS2875 is a quality product that stores easily. The
stop system is well-machined and tracks smoothly. The best part is
that it was easy to adjust the wings (JUST ONCE!) to lie true to the
bed of my saw. For me, it has been well worth the investment.
Thanks Docotor Bill.
This will help in making my decision.
