I am assuming a pretty sharp curve of course. You can glue and nail or
staple the layers to the wall and each other as you go.

There are some flexible (rubberized) moulding you can purchase. They
are somewhat expensive, but a lot faster to install than trying to
bend wood. Another option is using drywall mud with a wooden-profile
trowel.
