send a copy of your vote to yourself - just in case the
election results are disputed.
Only "ballots" time stamped before 12:01 AM GMT Jan. 1, 2007
will be accepted.
Remember - vote for only one. Ballots with more than one
vote will only have the first vote counted.
Winner will be notified here by January 7th. Arrangements
will then be made to send the prize - a japanese marking
gauge - purhcased at Dicks Fine Tools in Metten, Germany
(that's about 100 Km north of Munich if you're curious)
In the event of a tie, there will be a run off vote.
