DC Ductwork

Has anyone tried using the flexible aluminum ductwork for their dust
collector? Comes in 4" and different lengths. Seems pretty strong.

I try to avoid flexible tubes--wood tends to get caught in the ridges,
plus the ribs increase turbulence.

Except for a very short length, the pressure drop will be too great.
