Grizzly sells two versions, one is table top and one comes with a
stand. They are really fun to use. We used to make them out of go-cart
rims mounted to an electric moter and a tube with no tire.
You can play with the grit, tire pressure and sanding pressure setups
to do everything from very consistent radi to more smoothed organic
shapes. They are mostly useful for rather large radius work, maybe an
1inch or larger but you can use more tire pressure to ty and get
smaller radius' but it's not as easy to be consistent.

Woodworker's Depot up in GB carries the one you can buy for a couple bucks
more at the Woodcraft in Appleton, if you're on the NE side. WARNING, if
you go to the Depot, leave your charge card in custody of your spouse.
That said, the ones for the drill press sort of suck, because you're working
at an unnatural angle. You can't see the work as well. Some DPs will suffer
from the sideloads, too. Both places should also sell the 3x8 one that
mounts on the lathe, which I use a lot. Then there's my ultimate objective,
as soon as I get rid of the west wall and gain more space.
