Australian ISP's are pretty civilized when it comes to such things (although
their subscriber base seems to contain a rather high proportion of
butt-heads and other people of questionable parentage...won't hazard a guess
as to why).
Report away and I bet you'll see results, unlike China, Russia, Brazil.
