I'm puzzled why there are so many "Looking for free plans" types on this
list.
The cost of the plans for a project, regardless of what it is, probably
represents less than 5% of the total project cost.
If you truly want to reduce your costs, reduce the price of materials by
buying quantities and with terms the supplier can use to offer you a lower
price.
Invest in machinery to reduce the time to complete a project.
Invest money to reduce your energy consumption costs.
Find more efficient ways to minimize your cost of money, if you borrow it.
Any or all of the above will reduce your costs far beyond the few $ you
might save with so-called "free plans".

I think you'll find people requesting "FREE" plans are the weekenders
or the occasional WW'ers. More experienced WW'ers most likely know the
value of a plan or can build it without.
Then again there are WW'ers who aren't computer geeks too.

There are 10 kinds of people in the world:
Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

It's a matter of psychology and the challenge to save a few dollars. Just
like someone who drives all around town to save $10 or $20 on computer
equipment while wasting three hours and all that gas, or ebay bidders who
often pay more than retail for something, it's self delusion and a
competition thing.
