How about contacting your nearest water jet cutting company? Water jet
cutting is by nature a project-sensitive business, and some of them
already cut letters from sheet metals for signs and signboards,
gravestones etc. Wood cutting is very clean and easy with waterjet.
They usually need at least CAD files.
