Woodtek MS240 Oscillating Sander Parts Available?

It looked nice in the Habitat store so I brought it home. Consists of
housing and 1/3 HP motor with half inch spindle, 4 inches long, date January
1997. To keep it from a landfill requires an oscillator at a minimum, but
the 4 by 24 belt drive would be gravy. A google search turned up nothing,
nor did Woodtek's website. What's the story of this poor orphan? Is it a
POS, or did it hopefully morph into another brand?

woodtek and grizzly seem to sell the same machine pretty often and
grizzly is better at stocking parts. you *may* have some luck there...
