I've heard that you can be an absolute awesome artist if your name is Dick

Hah hah, I just posed this problem to this newsgroup last week. Here are
the two alternatives:
1) http://www.delorie.com/wood/ (look at the bottom for "photo newsgroups")
2) http://www.teranews.com (A one-time setup fee of only $3.95, and then
you'll have access to a.b.p.w.) Everyone indicated they were quite
satisfied with this service.
