Comments on Griz. G3183 Morticer? and Delta 23-700 tool sharpener?

Ihave an oportunity to buy a used Grizzly Mortice machine, Model #
G3183, with 4 chizels, and a Delta 23-700 tool sharpening setup.
Does anyone have experience with either of these, and advise?
