water will dissolve rust oil will not
since you sprayed oil first and then torched it the oil should be gone but
if not adding vinegar or water will not now penetrate
make sure to burn off all the oil but do not heat up too much
if the threads are exposed wire brush them
then use the purest water you have and soak that nut well
then make sure and loosen in the correct direction

Add just a few iron shavings and some oak sawdust. Be careful with it,
though, as that oak rust will eat through anything! You want to use just
enough to break the ordinary rust free.
