Source for small, exquisate boards

It's really slow here lately.

I have a small shop so I make small things: jewelry boxes, keepsake
boxes, treasure chests, miniature chest-of-drawers, &tc.

For such small pieces, I try to use exquisate boards for the
"centerpiece" of the project, be it hte drawer fronts, the top
medallion, &tc. I try to use native species but exotic species are
fun too (no pun/porn intended)

Usually, I'm using such centerpiece pieces rangin in size from, maybe,
8" X 10" up to 12" X 36". Thickness is usually thin: 1/4" to 3/4".

Anybody have any sources for such?

As always, thanks a heap,

-Zz

Russ, you beat me to it. Shopped there several times. They have all
sizes, shapes of exotics. Biggest I ever saw was what was probably
destines for a tabletop in a conference room. Slab of "curly bubinga"
3 or 4' thick, about 8' long and nearly 3' wide. I didn't have the
nerve to ask "how much"!!!!!

Norm

Going on their web site such boards run from $1,500 to $4,500

I have used them to get some really nice pen blanks and bowl blanks of Pink
Ivory.
