All
I haven't been active here for at least five years, maybe longer, but
I've been reading things regular like. I decided to jump back in and
say "hi".
I live in SE MN, and the current "shop" is in reality a section of my
basement, becoming more and more crowded as time passes - espec.
since the central A/C went in a couple years ago. Tools are mostly
portable electric, with the exception of a late 70's Craftsman 10" T/S
and 6" jointer.
I am happy to report that the long awaited "shop" in underway. We had
a 40 X 60 X 12 pole frame building put up this summer, and HALF of it
is mine, all mine. Cement is going in at this time, and then I'll
start w/ the rough-in of power.
My gloat occured last week - I was studying the employee "classifieds"
at work, and noticed a Penn State AC620 air cleaner for the huge price
of $30. This one is a little older - single speed, and no remote
control, but I can't complain. The crazy thing is, the guy that sold
it knew how much the current models go for ($239), as he included
a printout of the specs. for it off Penn State's web site.

OK, 40x60x6. Not bad. Unless the other half is a stamp mill or a
fireworks factory or... Anyway, have fun with it. OBYS.

You got me! How about 30x40x12 being the shop? And the other
30x40x12 being storage for the boat, snowmobiles, and other
asst'd stuff.
OBYS means what? - haven't seen that before.
