Anyone have any ideas where a fellow can get plans for a telescope?

It's bad enough that you quoted the Zoo Chick, but you
REALLY didn't have to quote his religious bullshit, now
did you? Fer shame, bawb.

Mike:
Richard Berry has written a couple of books on building scopes, including
one on beginner types. Go to Willmann-Bell at http://www.willbell.com/
Also try the Sky and Telescope magazine site, www.skyandtelescope.com click
on resources, then books, the telescope making. The newsgroup
sci.astro.amateur has occasional posts about telescope making, and there is
a forum on www.astromart.com (you'll need to register there, but it's very
tightly moderated.)
If you have any particular questions, email me.

those damned things.
