Life would be so much easier if we could just look at the source code.

Yeah, rilly. You need to work hot chicks into it. I seen some of you
woodworker types. Believe me, the show needs hotties...

They called it Warehouse Warriors. <G>
I think I know what you're thinking, though... THAT would be great!

I think Norm could be the first "iron woodworker". Lot's of ideas
come to mind.
Montyhp
Norm would always win...
He can build anything in just 30 min.

He usually doesn't even bother with the band aids, just bleeds
and keeps going.

$200 and two days... something with 2 x 4's and 10 penny nails comes to
mind.

What would design if someone gave you 200 bucks and two days,
and asked for a coffee table for a Sante Fe adobe type home?

What would design if someone gave you 200 bucks and two days, and asked
for a coffee table for a Sante Fe adobe type home?
That's a no brainer, adobe brick mold.

Even Popeye didn't eat his spinach until he had to.
It would never work. First there would be hours trying to decide which
country to buy the tools from and which brand will be the best for the job.
Then where to get the rags to clean up. There would be some interuption
when the side discussion on Islam gets going. Then someone will want us to
join hands and just understand each other. If we actually did start some
work, there would certainly be an argument over whether we should use MDF,
plywood, or real wood (and which kind), in addition to trying to figure out
if we should order on line or buy locally-as long as it wasn't made in
China. Then when the advertisement for porn hits, we'll be diverted again.
I don't think this show is a good idea.

That would be Project Coffee Table, not Project Runway.
No points for you, for missing the joke.

It'll only work if you make them build runways.
