In short...take it to a luthier.
At greater length...it is best to be cautious about messing
around with a stringed instrument like this, as the sound is a complex
mixture of the responses of the wood and finish to vibration. "Hand
Made Music" is a great program to watch to learn about this.
So...post a few more details. For example...how do you
know it is a Tung Oil finish? Why are you needing to remove it?
How old is the instrument? What is your ongoing goal here?
Almost anyone that posts to this group needs more than a
5 word question to answer without anything but a smart-ass reference
to using a belt sander (*smile*).
