Jews are not considered the "chosen people" anymore.
There was a time when jews were considered to be the chosen people of
God. Since then, Our Lord Jesus Christ has come to save the world.
Anyone who still considers themselves a jew in a mortal sinner and
will be condmened to hell for eternity unless they accept Jesus. The
same applies to muslims, and other non-believers.

Nowhere in the Holy Bible has the Sinaitic Covenant been repealed.
Indeed the Christian hypothesis is that Jesus Christ "fulfilled" the
promises prophesied in the Old Testament. See Isaiah and Zechariah for
example.

The Holy Bible nowhere says that.

Actually the Book of Revelation explains that all faiths will be judged
according to their works(!) in the second White Throne Judgement as a
merciful act of God.
Why don't you take your Holy Bible seriously?

Oh yeah? Why don't you explain it to the Pope? He seems to think
otherwise.Try to preach to him :-))))

___Troll Man___
Christians/Catholics follow the New-Testament: Jesus said and I quote:
"You are of your father the Devil"(Speaking to the Jew)
----
That is incorrect. It has probably escaped your notice that at the time
Jesus spoke the above words, Christianity was still a Jewish sect, of which
there were several. Jesus' comments were selective -- from the full context
of John 8, it appears that he intended the Pharisees in particular, not
Judaism in general.
___Troll Man___
Not to mention that when Jesus entered a synagogue he was so disgusted with
the Anti-Christ-Jew that he started whipping them, calling them a gang of
vipers.
----
That is not quite what he said, nor where he said it. Rather, this event
occurred at the Temple at Jerusalem, just prior to the Passover:
"And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and
bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the
seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house
shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves"
(Matthew 21:12-13).
I believe Jesus was alluding to Jeremiah 7:
"Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn
incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not; And come and
stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are
delivered to do all these abominations? Is this house, which is called by my
name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it,
saith the LORD" (Jeremiah 7:9-11).
Again, Jesus is hardly speaking out against Judaism or Jews in general. In
fact, Jesus' teaching regarding the same is quite clear:
"THEN spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, The
scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: All therefore whatsoever they
bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for
they say, and do not" (Matthew 23:1-3).
Concerning the Law of Moses, Jesus taught:
"Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall
teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but
whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the
kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall
exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case
enter into the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:19-20).
Here, Jesus apparently is using the Hebrew word for "righteousness," which
indicates observance of the Law of Moses.
___Troll Man___
I will give a prime example of the hypocrisy of any Christian that teaches
that Jews are Gods Chosen.
----
It is not hypocrisy in the least. It is a recognition that when God said he
had established his covenant with the Jews "forever," that the word
"forever" cannot be gainsaid into "forever until futher notice" or "forever
until I change my mind."
Now, Christians are not of a single opinion on this issue. However, I don't
suppose I agree with you that to believe what the Bible says about God's
covenant with the Jews is "hypocrisy."
Finally, might I ask why this issue is being raised on ALT.FREEMASONRY?
While I have here expressed my own religious opinions about this issue, it
has nothing whatsoever to do with Freemasonry.

Ok, fine and I accept that you do not "consider the Jews as chosen"
... ... so the Bible is wrong? or you are incorrect?
Mind you it is not that God did not choose the Jews, it is the
individual right of any 'Jew' or even Gentile to reject God and it
seems that many do reject Him.

I will give a prime example of the hypocrisy of any Christian that teaches
that Jews are Gods Chosen.
Jerry Falwell was doing an interview on Buchanan & Press.
Pat Buchanan got a little pissed of that Falwell was sending Christians to
Islamic countries trying to convert them, Buchanan made the point by doing
so - he was placing those Christians in danger.
Falwell said "No man may get to the father unless he goes through the son.
Buchanan said, what about Jews? Falwell "We have many Christians in Israel
trying to convert them so that they may be saved also.
If Jerry Falwell really thought that Jews were 'Gods Chosen people' he would
not want to convert them.
P.S.
Hey! Guess what??? If you want to become one of Gods Chosen just
convert..LMAO
