Uhh, seems like a tool in search of a problem and kind of misses the
point. Have they ever heard of using a compass for scribing like every
cabinet installer in the world uses? A drawing compass not a
navigating compass. Like this:

You can get the cheap grade school kind for a buck and they actually
work better. Also, the PP Scriber has a large radius wheel which might
be handy in some cases but will never let you scribe a tight fit
except on very smooth situations.
