REQ: Please post some cabinet design software...
cabinet solutions v5.5 trial ( cstrial55.exe )
or, a crack for: Easycab Pro Builder 6.0.26 ASDSoft
or, Cubit Cabinet Design Center v7 software
or, a crack for: Cabinet Pro
any of these would work or i would be thrilled with any full version
or cracked cabinet design software...
I realize this is not a warez or even a binary group...
and i apologize for not taking the time to get to know how things werk
before i start requesting stuff.
the truth is all this woodwerking and cabinet stuff bores me to death.
my best buddy is taking over his dad's cabinet shop and wants to try
some of this stuff out in full version before he goes out and buys
anything. he is very computer illliterate and asked me to get the
software for him. well i figured i could hook him up no prob... well
suprise suprise this cabinet design stuff is expensive and hard to
find. so now i'm in a position where i have assured him i had his
back and would have his software no prob, but i'm having no luck
whatsoever...
so basically the request here is a last ditch desperation attempt, and
i sincerely apologize if i offend anybody.
Thank you very much for any help you may have to offer!
Greetings and Salutations....

well, considering the fact that software piracy is a hot
topic these days, I would not think it all that wise to post a
request like this to a very public newsgroup.

Haw! Well, with most Americans, the problem with instant
gratification is that it takes too long.

http://www.easycab.com/ - $15.00
http://www.siskiyouproducts.com/main.htm - $125 + yearly
subscription
http://www.aaworldsales.com/products/default.htm - $700/module
http://cabinets-plus.net/ - $472.95
http://www.woodweb.com/Resources/RSSoftwareConnection.html - $free
to pricy (misc packages)
http://www.sharewareconnection.com/titles/cabinet-design-software.htm
- Shareware packages (allowing for testing period, etc).
http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/ - $free...but kind of clunky
interface.
In any case, the fact of the matter is that the cost of
software is probably a small chunk of change compared to the cost
of many other tools in the shop, even for the expensive packages.
Have the company buy it, and take it as a write off on taxes.
Also, most of the packages allow for a free, 30 day demo, that
gives a person (barely) enough time to figure out the package
and get a feel for using it.
Once again, don't support software piracy, and ESPECIALLY
don't support it in a public forum!

Paper, pencil, straight edge. Works for me.
