This stuff:

http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.aspx?c=2&p=46401&cat=1,190,42997

Note that it's been discontinued, and only limited stock is available. From
Lee Valley, anyway -- maybe you can find it somewhere else.

Hope they just held it together until the glue dried, because nails into
melamine-surfaced chipboard aren't worth a damn structurally.

Crayola.

Then use clamps...no holes from those.

Look for a cabinet builders supply shop. They sell thin adhesive backed
veneer spots to cover screw heads. Find one that matches your color and or
texture.

http://www.fastcap.com/fastcaps.asp?page=pvc

here for the drill bit to make the spots flush

Alternatively you can get a filler for plastic laminate to fill the holes.
Again choose a close color.

Where are these brad nail holes coming from?

This is not some smart-ass question, btw. But if you're using a brad
nailer to hold melamine pieces together until you screw them, then the
solution would be different.

Bondo body filler works great.
