Um I just went there with the link I provided, no problem, and the article
I mentioned is there on about page 17-37. If you click on the TOC it will
take you directly there if you don't care to thumb through the pages.

This landing page takes you to a flash-driven web site that resizes your
browser to fill the entire screen. It also does not show an article

The link will probably stop working when the next issue comes
out, so you'll have to search the archive after that.
It looks like a decent magazine, but their web site sucks.
